Thank you for being a valued Medallion Home customer and choosing us as your home builder. We have received your service request and will notify the Customer Care Representative assigned to your community. Please allow up to 24 business hours to be contacted. Our hours of service are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. If you have not been contacted, or have additional questions, please call 941-567-2628. Thank you for your understanding as we work through your concern.
