Once again it was fun and exciting to be part of the 2023 Parade of Homes Manatee & Sarasota Counties . It was also gratifying to have our unique homes recognized for so many awards! (Not that we’re counting… but that brings us up to 172 awards in 5 years!)

Awards are given in different categories for homes entered in the Parade. In the Manatee-Sarasota parade, Overall awards are given to communities considered to be the “Best of” in their categories, while Merit awards are special acknowledgments given by the judges for their favorite features in a home.
