Important Message from Medallion Home
With respect to national health concerns, Medallion Home prioritizes the health and safety of our employees, homeowners and trade partners at the highest level. At this time, we are suspending all non-emergency warranty visits until Monday, April 13th. Please do not submit any new non-emergency requests as they will not be accepted or saved and you will not receive any correspondence. We will update this message once we are prepared to resume normal business activity.
For EMERGENCY warranty issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess those on a case-by-case basis and schedule accordingly. At the time of scheduling your service appointment, you will be asked basic questions about any possible health concerns in your home. These questions are for the sole purpose of safety for all parties and will be kept confidential in accordance to HIPAA regulations.
