DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO COMMUNITY: From I-75, take State Road 70 Exit 217 west. Turn right onto 301 for approximately two miles then turn left onto 44th Avenue. Follow 44th Avenue which turns into Cortez Rd. Turn right onto Palma Sole Blvd. and right into 37th Avenue. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO SALES OFFICE: From US-41, head west onto Bayshore Gardens Pkwy for 1.5 miles, keep straight on El Conquistador Pkwy for 1.3 miles. At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto Legends Blvd. After the gated entrance, make a left onto Title Row Drive. Models will be on the left.
