Job Description

• Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our firm in Sarasota, Florida.
• The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in drafting/designing with Revit using Revit Families.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and designing according to the given specifications while assisting and coordinating projects.
• Additionally, the ideal candidate can adapt to changing production needs, work with little direction or information, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements

• At least two years of Revit experience or equivalent school experience (Required).
• 2–3 years of experience preparing detailed construction drawings, layouts, sketches, and graphic representations of architectural designs.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be organized with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet scheduled completion dates.
• Must have U.S. work authorization and be willing to relocate if not in the immediate area.
• $45,000 – $65,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
